Welcome to our shiny new website! Some months in the making, it’s not only mobile optimized and full of interesting articles, but offers subscribers access to everything that’s in the print magazine.
Comments are also open, so you can join the conversation.
Take a tour
All our archives back to 2013 have been loaded onto the site, so if you need anything from market information to wine trends and communication advice, you’ll find it here. At the moment, there are only a handful of articles that are exclusive to subscribers, so pretty much everything is available to read.
This will change as the site evolves. The articles we publish on various markets are extremely valuable, because they not only offer inside information, but they also identify the names and positions of key power players. From Issue 2, 2019 onwards, this type of market data will only be available to subscribers.
If you’re not sure if a subscription is for you, never fear. You can sign up for a 14-day trial and roam the site to your heart’s content, reading anything you like. Access will be removed after two weeks.
Two paths to subscription
In the past, subscribers have been able to read the magazine on the magazine app, but that will be phased out, as the site gives a better reading experience. Instead, digital-only subscriptions will be available from the beginning of May.
Another change is that the price of the print magazine will be raised for people living outside Germany. Until now, the price was always the same, regardless of where you lived. Unfortunately, the cost of postage has become crippling, and so we have decided, reluctantly, that we need to increase the postage rate. Rest assured, it won’t be much more.
What this means, though, is that now is the time to subscribe to lock in the current price.
You can see what the print version looks like, here.
Another way to access articles
The weekly newsletter will keep you up to date with all the news and articles published online that week. We will never do anything irritating like putting subscriber-only articles in the newsletter, meaning if it arrives in your in-box, you can read it. You can sign up for the newsletter here.
Finally, the website is still evolving. Soon, for example, comments will be open. Please take advantage of this, as we love hearing from readers.
